The flat n°3 is at the first floor of the villa in the central area, and it’s composed by a double room with also a double sofabed, a bathroom complete of all service, with a shower cabin and a washing machine, large terrace overlooking the lake, private entrance, and large parking. The kitchen is provided by dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and different pots. Inside the countryard there is a play area and a barbecue.
